During Covid lockdown Lynn realised the importance
of art, especially for people living in isolated situations.
Art can help people explore emotions, cope with stress,
boost self-esteem, and work on social skills.
This inspired Lynn to train as a Therapeutic Art Life Coach.
Lynn now has a greater awareness of art and its therapeutic benefits and how best to share it with others.
